Group Fitness may be intimidating or appear out of reach to many people. We will get you started where you are at, regardless of your current fitness level. Our expert coaches will set you up for success, starting with your first day! By the time you move out of the Challenge classes, you will ready to join the group class. If you need a little extra time, utilize our “super scaled” versions of workouts.

Our program is infinitely scalable and the intensity is up to you. Our goal in the Challenge classes is to educate you first, then challenge you to push past physical boundaries. Anyone can do Group Fitness, but it’s not for everyone. You have to be ready to change your perceptions of exercise and to drastically improve your fitness all while becoming a member of an amazing community. You’ve been warned: our workouts are addictive; You will make many friends by joining; You will start to like the way you look, and love the way you feel!
