You CAN become fit and maintain a high level of fitness with minimal equipment and on a tight schedule. Will it be “easy”? Not at all. You still have to work hard in the time you’ve got, with the space and equipment you’ve got. INITIAL CONSULT

We start every potential new member conversation with a Phone Consult. This is a goal setting meeting to ensure your a good fit, and you have something we can help you solve. 

We don’t work with everyone. Why? Split attention serves no one. We work with people who have tried everything, and nothing worked. We work with people who want to learn and grow. We work with people who are two feet in. No half-ass measures here.

PACIFIC PARK FITNESS MOBILE APP

On the mobile app you will have access to remote coaching, personalized workouts, videos tutorials on proper form and technique, along with warm-up and recovery exercises, and a personalized nutrition and meal prep plan. You have direct access to your coach through out the week, for workout video analysis, food pic analysis, Q&A, and some good ‘ol fashioned cheering.
