What We Offer

START TODAY IN ALISO VIEJO

We will get you started where you are at, regardless of your current fitness level. Our expert Trainers will set you up for success, starting with your first day! We have multiple modifications for every workout, so anyone is successful, regardless of age, injuries, or fitness level.

For your first 9 session we staff additional Trainers to ensure you are safe, receive all required modifications, and get all the support needed to succeed. Just raise your hand and a Trainer will be there to help you out.

If we only worked with fit people, then we wouldn’t be able to keep our doors open.

Our success is directly tied to our ability to help those who have struggled the most in the past, and need help overcoming obstacles.

You have to be ready to change your perceptions of exercise and to drastically improve your fitness all while becoming a member of an amazing community. You’ve been warned: our classes are addictive; You will make many friends by joining; You will start to like the way you look, and love the way you feel!

We offer multiple Group Fitness classes

Fit60

Our 60 minute class. Fit60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Fit45

Our 45 minute class. Fit45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!

Recovery Yoga

A more passive 90 minute class designed to accelerate recovery through the natural release of hyaluronic acid, while simultaneously resetting the central nervous system. Increase range of motion to allow you to generate power and promote efficiency of functional movements through improved position and posture. Optimize the strengthening of ligaments and tendons while simultaneously removing excess fascia through specific stretching routines.

Accelerate your progress through individual attention and custom programming.

Nutrition

Streamlined macro-based nutrition in collaboration with Trevor Kashey Ph.D., including a customized meal plan, recipe book, meal prep guide, eating out strategy, and weekly accountability so easy a twelve-year old has done it.

Accountability

The Game Changer. Direct access to an accountability coach on staff 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you always get the support you need. We are one of the only facilities in the world including this in membership.

What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and Group Fitness classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a grea way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our Group Fitness, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; Group Fitness, CrossHiit, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, personal training and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
