Each program is custom built for your ideal long-term outcome. Even the workouts are customized: workout at home with a flexible schedule, at the gym or studio you already love, or workout with us. When paired with our one-on-one accountability and nutrition coaching, we GUARANTEE you will hit your goal, and after one-year of working with us you will never NEED nutrition help ever again. You will master the sustainable skills, behaviors, and habits which allow fitness professionals to have their cake, and eat it too.
We realize for most people, it’s more important they ENJOY their workouts and their food in the long-term, so their healthy lifestyle is sustainable. We want adherence and sustainability to become as easy as putting on NetFlix. You just do it, because you enjoy it. Since nutrition and accountability are 80%+ of body composition and health change, we have dedicated ourselves to being the very best at couch-to-health methods and practices.
We will get you started where you are at, regardless of your current fitness level. Our expert Trainers will set you up for success, starting with your first day! We factor in your preferences, goals, and motivation level to build a progressive ten-phase plan to move from simple meal plans, to flexible fun-to-eat meal plans.
The magic sauce is our world-class accountability. You’ll probably chat with us more than you chat with your own family. We’ll trade pics, texts, and calls throughout the week, every week, and your Trainer is always in your pocket in case you need anything. Every two weeks, we meet in-person (or via video conference, if needed) to assess, introduce new skills, or encourage you to get back to it.
If you choose to workout with us, we have multiple modifications for every workout, so anyone is successful, regardless of age, injuries, or fitness level. We staff additional Trainers at peak times to ensure you are safe, receive all required modifications, and get all the support needed to succeed. Just raise your hand and a Trainer will be there to help you out.
If we only worked with fit people, then we wouldn’t be able to keep our doors open.

Our 60 minute session. Fit60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
Our 45 minute session. Fit45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!
Our strength and bodybuilding focussed sessions are for those who want to feel strong and simply “look good naked”. No high intensity conditioning work here. Toning, building, sculpting is the focus. May be paired with our Fit60 and/or Recovery Yoga sessions.
Streamlined macro-based nutrition in collaboration with Trevor Kashey Ph.D., including a customized meal plan, recipe book, meal prep guide, eating out strategy, and weekly accountability so easy a twelve-year old has done it.
